Fittipaldi sent a message to the Czechs: I will be with you tonight!

On Sunday, 30 January at 20:15, the comedy “Old Age is not for Sissies” premieres on Prima TV. The director Tomáš Magnusek has cast a number of stars, including two-time F1 world champion Emerson Fittipaldi. What role did the legendary Brazilian get?
Who else could Fittipaldi play but himself? Although he was in front of the camera for the first time, there was no nervousness. “The role was tailor-made for me, playing myself was great,” smiled Fittipaldi, who makes no secret of his love for the Czech Republic. When he learned that “his” film was premiering today, he sent a nice message to all his fans and friends:

It has to be said that Fittipaldi is a great easy-going guy, so even during the filming he fit in well with the cast. “The only thing I can say in English is that I’m hungry, so I didn’t get to talk much with Mr. Fittipaldi,” laughs director Magnusek. But he added in the same breath that everything went well and there was not the slightest problem. “For all of us, meeting the legend was amazing.” Jiří Krampol, who drives with the Brazilian in one scene, also had a positive experience. “When he was cutting corners, my heart was in my throat,” the actor smiled.
